i still believe my theory will work, in fact I know it will. Just cancel your current account and reactivate it. I know that the EU servers suck, they often crash, and the EU ships are so frequently down so yeah, ST doesnt work too hard for their customers.
It doesn't regnocise my username and password for that address you provided me.
