When i had to fight the Balrog on The Lord Of The Rings Fellowship Of The Ring game.
Fighting Odoruwa on Majora's Mask.
Seeing Ganon (The big one) on Ocarina of Time.
When i first fought alexia ashford last battle on Resident Evil CV.
There's more but i don't remember.

The first time I saw Ultimate mode and went to forest. OH CRAP BIG TURTLES ON CRACK! (very similar to what I actually said lol)

My 'Oh Crap' Moment? Skies of Arcadia, the ending was cute, too cute, cute, OH MY DARLEI!

I only "oh crap" at the ending to Skies because of how open ended it was, they need to have a sequel. I mean they don't even tell you who Vyse gets with (Aika or Fina)...

Anyway, There's rumours a Sequel is being made, it better be free roam, IT BETTER BE!

When I FSOD while saving 4 months ago, luckily I survied ^^.

Judgment has the right idea. Getting hit by a shell in Mario Kart at the last second is an "Oh, crap!" moment. Two others were in Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance when I defeated Ilvarra the Dark Elf Sorceress and she self-destructed and killed me, also in Ninja Gaiden when I beat the three dragons in Tairon and the Fiend attacked me. Needless to say, I was killed quickly.

The Gol Dragon is the final boss of the VR Spaceship in PSO Episode II.
