Im trying to get the best enemy weapons and armor what are they and where cani get them.
Well, you can pnly get them from specific animals. For example, the Boomas Claw comes from a Booma. And a G-Assassins Blades comes from a Grass Assassin. It is very hard to get these. Then, you have to go on a mission where Dr. Montauge stands onboard Pioneer 2 and does not come with you. Give him the animal part, and he will make it a weapon.

Praise GOLDIE, master of the guides. Though I have done what it instructs, both in normal and hard, And still nothing. All he talks about is his damned Elanore. I've tried everything I can think of in all the missions one can find him.

Have you tried speaking to him the Unsealed Door quest?
I tried getting Dr. Montague to change a weapon for me once and he was going on about Elenor. I just did all the quests then went back to him and it worked. Maybe you should try this

I had the same problem you did. Whatcha gotta do is beat all of the quests, prolly on normal since itll take less time. THEN you can go to the Unsealed Door or Dr ostos research quests. To the right of the teleporter that goes to the principal, will be a force dressed like MC Hammer. Talk to him, and he'll accept the body part from you.
I have cleared all the off line missions on normal and hard. I have gone to the funny looking force in all the missions one can find him on both difficulties. Still with no out come...I will try once more on very hard, after that *shrug* i guess i'll just look at the enemy parts as trophies.

Do you carry the animal part up with you when you talk to him? He'll say something about "Oh, you have fine material I could make a weapon out of!" or something. Make sure you have it with you
for me it only works on the unsealed door quest
