Hi am i the only person who is feed up with eu support, i have phoned then day after day asking about the online quest thing and they have not got a clue.

1stly i cannot uderstand a word he is saying i think i was put throught to france or something ad he certainly could not understand me.

you click the numbers on your ohone to be put through to a specific department so the right ppl can answer you quiry but no they dont have a clue they have never played the game or know what the difference is between ep 1 2 or ep3.

I asked why the 4 online quest have gone from the online game they say there is no online quest for eu (so what have i been playing for the last 2+ weeks).

I say where is my download quest (i had just finished blue memories and it said now i can have future bullet) they say there is no download quest for ep3 eu what do you mean you have finished a ep 2 quest he said .

so i explain about the difference between ep 1&2 and ep 3 and then gone to explain about the blue memories quest witht he ep3 guys in it and hes say that ep 3 and ep 1 2 cannot do quets together. i say no and start again explaining the server has ep3 guys which go with you in the ep 1,2 quest.

35 minutes im on the phone to him and he does not have a clue grrrrr

any one else had this problem?

Thankfully i havnt had to ring up yet, that sound extremely frustrating

wow that sounds almost as bad as trying to teach my mum how to play. she still trys but fails horibly

OMG, yesterday i was thinking the exact same thing about the Blue Star Memories quest. I take it you never found anything out though. What did you expect from E.U. support teams? We get all the JP & US rejects

You phone Japanese support and start speaking Japanese you may get yourself an answer! Best thing to do in any case is to E-Mail SonicTeam and the people who actually work with the game can then help you further.

Now if only all the people who operated the phones were canadian.....

i still have had no luck as yet i keep ringing every day and still no luck they should not have a support team if they cannot help.##

we always get quests, downloads and games last. and it pisses me off!
