Is ragnol.co.uk a pso clan or not? i mean you have meetings on sundays although the web site doesnt look like a clan site in many ways. If not is are there any ideas to start a u.k based clan?

No ragol.co.uk is not a UK clan it is a UK website though and we hope to get lots of UK players meeting up.
many websites having meeting times and places setup. PSO doent really support clans tho cos only 4 ppl can be in a game at once.
