Could someone help me to figure out how to do this? please? Or is it even possible. I know there's a thing for it on options but I don't have a 2nd memory card.

You need a second memory card to save the screenshot files to.

If you manage to get one, then I would suggest following Kef's guide to set-up PSO-Proxy.
