But to get the weapon you have to talk to him and then you get the reward and weapon, what i mean by this is that you have to complete the quest to get the weapon
yeah thats right its just a pity that it doesent work on normal hard and v-hard

You can get some weapons from soab with decent %'s though on normal/hard/v.hard
