Ok my friend has the xbox version (im a cuber) and he has this insane hack that opens up a teleporter in the block so everyone in that block can go to the forest.
Can this really be done, because i quite frankly find it to be a lie
psox works pretty much like pso pc so it is possible to do shit like pipes in the lobby but dont expect it on gc cuz the servers have better hack protection

Are you sure about that Marky?
PSO PC uses V2 coding/servers, whereas Xbox uses the same as GC. I know the hard drive and very active modding communities make it more likely for hacking to occur, but it still uses the same architecture as GC.
Or did you mean PSO-BB when you said PSO PC? That is just a slightly modded Xbox version.
all the pso servers use the rc4 encryption so if you can hack say pc you could hack all of them but xbox is less protected since it runs through m$ and whenever st wanna upgrade something on the psox servers, they have to run it passed m$ and its a lot of work so they just pretty much dont care about psox

It is true that M$oft have lost faith in PSO now though. At least they got the final ep2 cmode stage in the end

thats different. the patch isnt anything to do with m$ so st didnt have to run it through m$ for it to work. st could release a patch for what they want on psox cuz patches are downloaded from the sega servers not the xbl servers and since the xbox has a hd, there is no way to get at the patch it downloads unless you have a mod chip

How can you see it for yourself if you don't own the game or console and don't know any hackers who can do it?
If the friend has the hack, go and see it for yourself. If, as some say, the servers are pretty much the same, the hacks won't be too much different.
