Is it true if you have hacked items then you can't find rares and rare monsters? any help appreciated
I belive that is incorrect, once again, logic people...but I'm not sure...

If you have a hacked mag it stops you from finding rares, but i not sure if that goes for weapons and i am also no sure if it stops you from finding rare enemys.
Yes having weapons and mags on your character mean neither you, or your team find rares. So I better not be finding a rikas claw because someones got a hacked items on em!

No it does stop people playing in a group from finding rares aswell

if any1 hacks near me i will do a nice little thing called steal and sell the items they drop when/if they die
would that make me nasty ???

That is incorrect on GC flickynick.
The hacked mags have no effect on rare item appearance rates on the normal Ep1&2 version for GC, but ST programmed PSO Plus differently so that any hacked mags do stop rares from dropping.
As ST couldn't predict what hacks were going to be made for Ep1&2, they had no way of making a system that stopped rares from dropping due to a certain kind of hack. However, PSO Plus gave them this chance to add this and also get rid of the evil duping lady...

Their items do not drop when they die anymore. That feature was on Dreamcast, but not on the GC/Xbox version.
