how do i upload pictures

i have used 0hp mats and 0 hp units. i think its good anyway.

all i have is a dragon/hp (only +40>.>) and 0 hp mats.

go to your c drive, program files,sega, psobb,bmp then save as jpeg. then you should be able to. manage attactments then do the same file route

O_O;....... um.... sort of confusing.

My Computer > C:\ > Program Files > Sega > Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst > BMP > get the image you want, save it as a JPEG since BMP is too large to upload.
