The maintenance notice on the frontpage concerns all SEGA Dreamcast Phantasy Star Online Servers. Currently the only SEGA Dreamcast Phantasy Star Online Servers still around are 2 Japanese and 1 European one. However there is much concern over how long these will remain.
Sonic Team not so long ago took down Japanese Servers 3 - 8 but left 1 & 2 because of how popular the game was. Click Here for the News post

You bought all of that this spring! Wow, now thats dedication!
I take it you go online on the SEGA Dreamcast then. Is it still busy on the EU Servers? Or are they deserted, i know some other people still play the DC version on here, but i can't see it being anywhere as busy at it used to be. The reason i think the EU server is still up is probabily because Sonic Team have forgotten about it! In which case you will be able to play it forever and ever

Around 10. I don't play DC much though. I bought it for PSO mostly. I played N64 when DC was released.
And started playing PSO before it was released on GC. First I tried it on DC but that was a long time ago. Then I played the PSO PC Trial. And then I lended DC and trained some vefore it was released on GC in europe. Then I played nonstop fpr a year and got to 200 finally.
But what do you think this maintanance is about? o.o

I have no idea about what this Server Maintenance is about. Recently Sonic Team have been posting that the servers in Japan are becoming slighty unstable because of the service provider. I expect this however to be just general Maintenance and upkeeping. I doubt anything will change.

lol, nah, i doubt they wud botha doing anything like that on the Dreamcast anymore due to its quietness! If there was going to be anything added Sonic Team would have stated and i would have stuck it in the notice :p
But like i say there's been nothing of that kind for a looooooong time now as i scroll through the ST Server Maintenance post archives!
