Cards evolve based generally on the amount of that card you may have, this is generally once you get about every 10 of a certain card, it is most likely to evolve, doesn't really rely too much on luck.
i have had it 2 times now. mechgun to cn attack yay and once i had slicer it failed though. i hed 6 mechguns when it happened and 9 slicers.
Any card can be rare, you just don't notice when it happens to be one from the 5% chance, because it didn't "evolve".
ive bin gettin loads of decent cards i got the burning visit and a gigobooma and a battle verge plus two of the yaminskov series and my mates cant beleive it!
