Okay, i just got a Devil/Battle in the Mines on v.hard, and i equipped it, but it did nothing. It said it raises speed, but i saw nothing. Please help me understand this cool, but complex unit!!

It raises you EVP i think?
More chance of enemy's missing you?

No it doesn't raise any stats.

It boosts your attack animation. It is most noticeable on something like twin swords (yamato, asuka etc.) that have a really slow animation. The different speeds of /battle units are General, Devil and God.

General/battle makes hardly any difference to your attack animation, devil has a slight boost and with god/battle, the difference in speed is huge!

Can you have more than 1 battel unit on at once?And the delsaber buster makes you fast but am I moving as fast as if I had a god battel unit on? Thanks.

If I remember,you can have more than 1 unit equiped,but the best one u have equiped is the only one that works.

The delsaber buster doesn't boost your attack animation speed in any way. Only /battle units and the Easter Egg weapon "Sonic Knuckles" can boost your speed.

Having more than one equipped at once will have no extra effect. It is just based on your fastest one I believe.
