Unarmed

Since I use forces, weapons are out of the question. Wands and such are not worth the amount of mst they give, wereas with unarmed spellcasting you can use your techs faster.

But some weapons give boost to techs which makes casting a little faster with unarmed animation completely worthless -- more TP used for less damage.

Not really,

Any weapon slows down casting time. I'd rather cast two spells instead of one more powerfull tech. Even as a force, you always end up in the middle of things. So speed is essential, in my opinion.

Well, I think that Wands are good, aswell as techs, and that they should be equipped. I hardly ever get hit by stuff, so more powerful techs are better. Also, I really like the Durandal, it increases MST aswell.

I definately agree with that

If a female FO has a wep she casts a spell it casts faster if a weapon is equipped.

I prefer the Elysion myself, even though I have weapons that are stronger, my Elysion+9 is cool, as I can shoot a slow Foie like attack without costing TP, so I don't have much need for a gun, even though I generally carry a gun with me too.

I find J/Z next to useless as by the time I've casted them I've hit the creature another 3 times, and it's dead.

My Fonewm have no wep equiped. His cast animation without a wep is much faster then with weps. When he rech lvl 146 ill give him sonic knuckle to get a little mst boost from it and i also got the fast cast animation ^^ and they look cool^^

My favourite weapon on my Force is a huge chunky underarm rocket blaster usable by any character (it's the Inferno Bazooka in case you haven't cottoned on by now).
