Off the top of my head a whittil Sinow Zoa drops it. drop rate is 300-400 something...actually I think it's a whitill exclusive..

1) Yamigarasu can be found in Viridia, Skyly, Yellowboze and Whitill.
2) Whitill get it from Sinow Zele, and also Ill Gill.
3) The drop rates are:
Viridia, 1/788 from Deldepth
Skyly, 1/901 from Ill Gill
Yellowboze, 1/901 from Ill Gill
Whitill, 1/901 from Sinow Zele and 1/901 from Ill Gill
So online, Whitill West Tower is a good option, just remember that you need a team of two to open the path with the Sinow Zeles.
Offline, Viridia is definitely the best, it's still very good online, there lotsa Deldepths online, and you do not have to do Seabed lower levels.
Skyly might not be a bad idea as well since Skyly gets so many very good weapons in West Tower, you could hunt several weapons at once, including Yamigarasu.

Not really, Sabers and Katanas are of similar power and accuracy, their animation is different, that's all.
Viridia can find them all, but I recommend Pinkal or Whitill for Agito 1975, and Skyly for Yasha. Good luck on the latter, by the way, it's probably the 2nd or 3rd rarest item in game.
