Okay, there are a few good places to go searching to Tollaws...
1) Lost head sword.
2) If you have xbox there is a download quest called central dome fire swirl (with burning rangers music in background).... that has a lot of Tollaws in it

Doing runs of the F1 section of Lost Heat Sword is the best way to hunt tollaws.
If however, you are offline only, then Soul Of A Blacksmith is your next best bet.
on ult just go 2 f1 and f2
yeah offline is soul of blacksmith, best bet, but good luck if you are tryin to get agito to drop*punches tallow in the face* gimme it already!

No, that is not a good way to hunt tollaws. The aforementioned quests are the best way.
....then again finding the tallows is only half the battle, gettin them to drop stuff is the goal in site...
