how do people get such cool signitures with personalized pso pics and stuff like these 2:

I use a program called Paint Shop Pro, the version i've got its dating now, but its still got all the bells and whistles. A bit of cutting out, a bit of pasting, a bit of merging, effect adding, colour changing, and ta-da! You've just got yourself a Lee-yoshi HUmar banner with Kill Bill background

would there be a way for someone to put my name on the sig i got.. its from a friend who used to frequent a FF forum and she didnt want to take off her name... plz?

lol, i cud try, but it wud be tommorrow, and i wudnt b able to remove the current name thats there without chopping off the bottom of the whole sig! XD
