Lvl 30 go to hard mode in like caves or mines.
get a mutli hitting weapon exp. swords or shots. then go to mines on hard+ for lvl 25 or higher, 25 or lower mines on normal

Mines for sure. They might be long, but hey, they really have *a lot* of enemies. I'd bring a partisan and a mechgun, too, incase you need some help fighting gilchics or garanzs. Try to bring a force with you, too.
