i'm sorry to keep going on about this, but i really want to know how to turn booma's right arms into weapons. i complete the unsealed door quest, go off and talk to Dr. Montague with all of my right arms etc.... and NOTHING HAPPENS!!!
i know i did it on very hard mode, but i thought that wouldn't make a difference, so please tell me what's going on because i really want my right arms to be turned into weapons!!
Well, I think that you have to do the quest "Doc's Secret Plan" and when you're done that, then you can go to Dr.Montague in "Unsealed Door" and get him to create the weapons.

its a quest needed to be complete before converting enemy parts
u need to complete these quests
Battle Training
Claiming a Stake
Magnitude of Metal
Secret Delivery
Doc's Secret Plan
Dr. Osto's Research
Just complete all of the quests and then go back and talk to dr montague, i know that will work
Thanks is doc's secret plan in ruins beacause I'm in mines and the mission isn't there (Sonic saturn is speaking on sangas computer)
I think some of the quests that you need to do to make emeny weapons are on the ruins, so you will need to get to the ruins before you can do it.
