final fantasy:crystal chronicals and zelda:wind waker were BIG let downs in my department..... :'( .....i was really looking foward to them, but they sucked......man what a sad story......

Id also have to say the lack of online games.
Why go to the trouble of making a console with both a dialup adapter and a broadband adapter, but only have two online games?
It gives the impression Nintendo cant be bothered, which is true to an extent as they also never bothered to make an official keyboard.
I bought an XBOX a while ago, and honestly it is a better console. Especially XBOX Live which rocks, its so easy and simple to get up and online, plus theres tonnes of awesome online games, with loads of cool support functions. Dont get me wrong, i like my Gamecube, i've had alot of fun with it, but in all honesty, its a flop.
I had a Sega Saturn, it flopped. I had a Sega Dreamcast, it flopped. I even had a Neo-Geo pocket which was stupid of me to buy; instant flop. Now i have a Gamecube which is also a flop... But i loved all of these Consoles, especially my Saturn, and it made me really sad when i could no longer find any Saturn/Dreamcast games in the shops anymore...
So i thought sod it, ill buy and XBOX and its really good, for almost 10 years its been nice to have a console that isnt a failure.

Junon, I agree, XBOX is better, I just hope that they make the N5 really well online-compatible.

i agree with the online compatible as a complete letdown. PSO 1-3 are the only games online unless you get some sort of device that connects the LAN games for broadband. Also Sonic Heros, fun game faster than the previous 2 but far to short, and no Chao garden arrggh, i bought adventure 2 for that as i completed it on d'cast. Advertising is a comstant problem, Nintendo still haven't realised that commercials bring in money, ive seen two in the last month and they were Spidy 2 and Catwoman (multi-platformers...also availible on gamecube). Wind Waker wasn't bad but the graphics were annoying, the new one looks like it will wipe out any bad feelings about WW.

can only hope the movie on nintys site is amazing, way better than the little bit of a letdown WW.
