It simply doesn't exist. That's all there is to it.
But from what I'm hearing, parasitic gene flow exists and probaly rico's ring too.
They exist, but only ST workers and hackers can get them. Drop rate for the stuff is 0/80 and can only be switched on by hacking or being someone who works for them.
They were released on Blue Burst, but not on the Gamecube version. (All non-legal things not included.)
Someone said recently that they got one without hacking on their 84th run of the seabed.
There's a sticky topic concerning those two items anyways, and you'll clearly see that anyone claiming they found either in the GCN version of PSO whom don't go to any illegal servers is strictly BS.
If the Red Ring and Parasitic Gene: Flow were available offline, then there is a possibility that the copies of the game before the ban have them, unless they were only online.
P.S. Its just my opinion, and it's just a game, if you are replying, please do not be boisterous or ignorant. Thanks.
the drop rates are set at 0% offline and online maurice, aside from on the japanese blue burst servers, where it was available as a drop, i am unsure if that was limited or not though.
so it is impossible to obtain through legal means, dont believe anyone that says otherwise.
Oh, so that means that it was never available offline in the first place then.
technically, yes, but its droprate was still there, i believe, maybe a later patch, coming from online would have activated it even offline. but i hear it was hacked so much that such a thing never happened, and it stayed unobtainable.
