Actually RAmarl is much better for melee, and she's excellent at it, she has everything one needs to melee, including a very important part: good animations.

I do melee a lot with Terra (ask Omar XP), and always have, it's not just for big levels.
I use many melee weapons with her, including, Yamigarasu, Twin Brand, Morning Glory, God Hand, Twin Chakram, DB's Sword 3075, Red Saber, and probably some others

RAcast is 2nd best melee Ranger, and I don't really advise meleeing with him past Caves >_>

Terra melees in Seabed or Tower, well not always, but for a change of pace, I do.

No disrespect to Terra, Kefka, but what is it that makes a RAcast only second-rate? He actually has a higher ATP and somewhat better HP and DFP...

your forgetting that RAmarls have lvl 20 Shifta/Deband

My favorite combo. I dont have one of them ( yet ) though...

Im gonna try to get these for my RAcast. Put in a Standstill Shield and an Electro Frame,and he looks uberly pimped. Including Diwari mag ofcourse.

Lv 20 S/D/J/Z and Resta, much better animations, much higher EVP (actually better than DFP for meleeing) and better ATA.

I tried meleeing with RAcast or RAmar, and they both horribly suck. They do better when supported b ya FO, but still, they'd rather remain at bay >_>

Halleluja, i just got me a Frozen Shooter. 0/0/20/0. First, i got OWNED BADDD in Ultimate Forest, now i have a good chance =D only stupid Sil Dragon takes a few minutes =P. First Hildetorr i got,in 15 pipes or so...drops a fricking gladius. Then i continue my piping, 45 minutes later,still no Hildetorr. I go to sleep. And today,i continued my piping spree. Half an hour to 45 minutes later, i found another HIldetorr, drops my Frozen Shooter...god i love it, but theres one thing that bugs me =P, the description:

"The latest freeze gun uses latent heat energy to fire a freeze bomb. Its power to freeze is excellent."

A heat energy to fire a freeze bomb...

Heat can be a neutral term, like temparature.

Besides, you need energy to freeze, and energy radiates heat, touch the back of a fridge, it's hot >_>
