I got myself a Frying Pan / Booma's Claw, then went off to the ruins and PWNED Dark Falz. I suggest you try that.

Now, on topic;
Ignore the spinners, use Resta every time you get hit, if you get frozen, wiggle the control stick to break through quicker, and on the second form, use techs that never miss on him/her/it, so you can hit him/her/it as he/she/it moves round, like Zonde or Rafoie,
providing you have enough TP for Resta.
I JUST beat Dark Falz at level 31. My strategy was to Razonde the mines, then on his next form, Razonde him until he put the dragon heads down, and hit one of them continuosly with my blades. For the final form, blades and and healing. I'm also a HUnewearl, So it should work. One more tip: Bring lots of Scape Dolls. They heal you in TP and HP.
Just to point out your battlle would've gone slightly quicker had you used Gizonde, as 2nd degree spells and more powerfull than 3rd degree spells unless you're a FOnewm.

Sorry but you must of misread through the posts, Ivan mentioned that Dark Falz was female.
yes but there was a controvesy on the entity of falz so he is right. But to beat falz a mechgun always works for me and a sword/partisan for the darvants
i use mechs on him most time. apart from the 3rd stage where i use a handgun. but you dont need to wory about that on normal at least
