im in the level hard in ruins.can i found C.Bringer's Rifle offline in version 1 DC?

It's "find" not "found" for your sentance, sorry ^_^;

First off I suppose you can, second it depends what ID you are I suppose before someone can give you an answer ^_^;

Enemy parts can only be found in very hard, and yes, you will be able to find Chaos Bringers Arm.
