When the little gauge thing next to your HP and TP hits 100, you hold down the R button and hit either A, B, or X, depending on which photon blast you want to use.
2 weeks to make a mag...sheesh...it only took me a few days to make my Sato, just short of one week because I played nonstop. I also have made Nidra, and Devil's Wing.
My brother actually did something with his controller or something that got his mag from 5-200 in a few hours. I dont know what he did, though! I still need to figure it out..Get this, he did it when we weren't even home.

Yeah, but you should make sure to keep the rest at dexterity. Try to keep dexterity at an even number, also, because if you have the stat at an odd number, youll have only half of a dexterity point that will remain on your mag. HUcasts need dexterity quite a bit, since it's really low for them and they tend to miss alot.
Lol good thing I did that (his stats at 100) he had 50 dex and 50 power now im feeding him only dimates and his power is at 102.
just to say... mags get hungary every 4 mins... (i got bored & timed it one day)
