how does a mags photon blast become more powerful coz now in ultimate its realy weak! and what does the number one mean when you are using it next to your name n stuff?
Im not sure about how to make a photon blast more powerful, but the numbers are for who used a photon blast first,secound,third,and forth. I found that out one time, me and someone else i was playing with online used a PB and his had a 1 next to his name and his PB went up first followed by mine with a number 2 next to my name.
a way to make the PB more powerful is to do as AeroFennec said, to do it at the same time as some one elses. it powers it up slightly, though i've only used that way for the techniques that raise strength and defense.
Dosnt it become more powerful the higher lvl you are along with your mag?

i dont know if your level helps but doing it the same times as others is a common fact try diffrent combo's of blasts in your group it may benefit in most battles but if you know exactly which to use with your commrades you will be a strong group for those creatures to contend with
Some photon blasts such as Pilla are an elemental attack (light in pillas case iirc). As the enemy tech resistances in ultimate are much higher, you will find that they do a lot less damage to some enemies, but still may do a decent amount to others.
PB chains pwn all though
Best to stick with good old ordinary Magic! Heheheh. A high-level force is better than a PB anyday! By the way, PB chains do not pawn everything...Forces do! Mwuahahahah!

That would be a photon chain and it amplifies the damage to every pb blast that was in the chain including Mylla and Youlla! A 4 player M&Y chain is the evilest ever giving shifta deband around 80 or so. (assuming all mags have 200 IQ and 120 synchro)

The photon blast isnt always good for attack but the powers it gives when charged, boss fights, etc... are usually better especially if u have a mag that gives invincability, and once that wears off, use the pb chain!
I dont know if PB chains really make the PB's more powerful. me and some friends did it and we didnt seem to do much more damage then before.
Individual Photon Blasts can be made stronger by increasing your Mag's SYNCHRO.
Also, to clear up a problem with elements:
Farlla = Fire element
Pilla = Light element
Golla = Lightning element
Estilla = ??? Possibly Ice element
Mylla and Youlla = No element
Leilla = No element, but when boosted by another player "donating" PB energy it can cast Reverser. Only seems to work if the PB donor is dead...
