Ok but if people join a force/hunter/ranger only klan. I think I prefer it if they are not in more than 1 or 2 of the normal klans.

What does it take to be in The Outlaws. Do you have to be online? Is there meetings we have to be at olnline or here? Someone please tell me what do you have to do to be a member.

1: You must have a ranger
2: You must be legit
3: I'd prefer it if you was online, but offline is ok

I have put a request in. And i will hopefully be online with the next year. DSL won't be in my area for a while. :'(
