yeah manta is a little whiney ass bitch who doesn do anything to help yoh in battles, and he has an annoying voice....

i like Yoh spirit ally. He is so cool. How can any beat a 600 year old ghost. With all the attacks he has. And Yoh is cool due to his laid back nature, reminds me of myself. I like how Yoh use muscle memory to use so of the attacks. That's cool!

this anime reminds me of another old anime and cant help feeling that it is out of place in some odd screwed up way:S however the idea of spirit allies and such is very interesting and i have been known to watch this one many a time myself in the past.

o_o I hate the subbed version... They called Manta... Mortie... and Tao Ren they called Lenny >.< and they changed his entire family British when they were blatantly Chinese a very chinese oriented family and they turn them British because they're... "evil," ¬_¬ nice to know what America thinks of us.

As for Yoh... they killed him in the sub too... he was far more laid back, and he didn't want to become a rockstar! He wanted to be a complete slack off and have the Great Spirit do his house work and keep food on the table xD
