I can't go online. I try to, but it keeps on saying that i have done bad things in the past and i have been suspended from being online, but i have never been online before. What's going on?!?!?!?!?

my brother sweared too much on other games, so probably it was his fault.

You might have been banned because your brother was reported to sega for being an ass. And I am sure he must have done something really bad because sega hardly ever bans anyone.
