what are the altered forms of the Mericarol and how can u find them?
Also what would the best approach for taking down the gibbles in ult?
Merikle (blue) and Mericus (green) can be found in the online quests Famitsu Maximum Attack 2 (rarely), Seat of the Heart (one of each), East Tower (2 Merikles, 1 Mericus), West Tower (from 1 to 4 of any).
Gibbles in Ult ? I assume that's with your HUcast, very easy: Freeze Trap, go behind it, attack, use another Freeze Trap when you feel it's going to unthaw.
If you have a Force around Jellen is handy too, since he hits pretty hard.

PSO is a pretty predictable and straightforward game, it wouldn't be too hard to know everything on the game. ^^;;
With the two new quests being released theres quite a few of both Gibbles, Merikle and Mericus dotted around, although on Ult they arent exactly weak >.<;

hmmm, doesn't Jellen lower its attack? 0.o, wouldn't you want Zallure then to hit it easier or perhaps both? (or am I mistaken)

Really? Mericus is green? I always thought they were yellow. they always shocked, I thought that yellow would be more likely to be their color. Hehe, I guess you learn something every day. But it's always such a pain in the ass to end up running into a mericus in C3. Very hard to kill, well, not really, but significantly harder than Mericarol.
Don't forget that all three Meris seem to ignore your character's DFP with that energy sphere attack of theirs. I ought to know, as my (very very tough) RAcaseal got killed by that attack in one hit, at full health, with PB-combo Deband on me (significantly stronger than lv30 Deband, and even then it's stronger on Androids ANYWAY - I checked) and with lv30 Jellen on the Mericarol. Either that or the Meris have a stupidly high ATP figure, which I seriously doubt as the talon-swipe attack hardly did any damage to me before I healed up and backed off...
