whenever i go to go online i enter my serial number and access key, then the password comes up do i register it myself. Thats what i tried, then it goes to the page where you can move the star thing, then it says

failed to connect to ip and then something about dhcp

Please help i registerd it on playsega, and i have the first 30 days free, and i am on aol broadband

I thinnk his name was apex but he is online with aol broadband, please could you help, i know he said something about a Router

Eithetr Your internet connection is off (I have to reset my connection when I switch from Comp to Gc, Which is just by unplugging.) And second call nintendo helpline, it should be on your BB adapotor or Modem adaptor box, ask them if It supports AOL BB.

Apex said they were online with aol broadband

AOL doesnt work with PSO, just use your connection, dont use AOL.

I found out after talking on "live help" with an aol help person that it works on aol 9.0 and i had 8.0. Once i get this ill see if it works.
