Its just an idea but, I think there should be some kind of "Send to a Friend" option in the Forum. It could be like a little form were you insert all your friends e-mails (who are interested in PSO) into it. It would then send them an e-mail saying about the Forum etc.
We have something similar setup on the forums at the moment were you can recommend or tell a friend about a particualr post. There's a link at the bottom of every thread when you click it you'll be taken to a form like this:

It's a good idea though, i might be able to adapt it so that people will be able to recommend the main site aswell as the forum...
