For your level a brightness circle would be more sufficient, I have both guard wave and brightness circle. The guard wave is only good until you reach about lvl 111 when you can use brightness circle.
Where can i get a brightness circle? and what is it like compared to the guard wave?
I'm not sure where you get it, I got it from a trade but gimme a sec and I'll check my deposit to see it's stats.

Yeah, i found out my favorite frame (brightness circle) is actual 3-4 points weaker than guard wave when I checked my deposit.
but it makes up for it in the elt/edk up to 5-7 points higher

I left the atp and ata out as my weapons would have affected that, my weapons are:
Red saber +78 (0,45,0,30)
Red Handgun +50 (60,0,0,0)
Summit moon +9 (20,0,0,0,50)
Angry fist +50 (0,0,5,0)
