Oran Ult Forest
Well, thats where I find mine I'm sure there are different places to find these.
Oran is the only id that can find twin chakram, i think it is the only dagger equippable by forces
no, forces can use Pan-Arms Blade, S-Berill #0, Wok of Akiko's Shop and some others, too
and you can only find Twin Chakram from Oran Forest Tollaws or Seabed Sinow Zoas, both in Ultimate mode.
