I went to the link for mags and dont under stand how to read what its saying. Does it mean you should lvl up the certain things under it to get that mag?

That means that the dex has to be the highest stat, mind 2nd highest, then pow, and the def has to be under 45
What mag are you trying to create and i could help? (state your id and character aswell)
