Which Instant-kill attack? The Dark Flow Flames or the Divine Punishment, or what?

Oh, that attack. Heh, that one hurts a lot, no? If you run fast enough, you can evade it usually...

Cant you use a similar kind of technique that does loads of damage with the Heavens Punisher?

Yes you can, given the beat time, if the beat time is in the even hundreds, then the special works, and well, if not, it does absolutely nothing other than default handgun shot damage. I believe the special is calculated by TP, so I was told from a friend. I have one of them, but I sitll have a ways to go with Kizuna before I can even hold the thing.

The Heaven Punisher special is a LIGHT attack worked out with MST, but that is off topic.

I call Olga's raining laser attack Divine Punishment (and Falz's!) simply because the Heaven Punisher uses a similar attack...

Or maybe Pilla?

Um...Okay. But I also see androids using the heavens punisher just fine.

Which was the weapon that used PB power as it's special?

The Tsumikiri J-sword and the Berdysh. But yes, I have seen a RAcast use the special just fine. *Goes off to EP3*
