Can someone tell me where to find this, i presume that skyly can find it but where? Drop rate would also be appreciated
EDIT: I just looked it up and i know that it drops for skyly ult mines canune, but could someone tell me the drop rate, and is it worth hunting for?

Asuka is MUCH easier from Crimson Assassin in Redria.
From your IDs, Pinkal is the best, Ult Barba Ray at a rate of 1/64.
Greennill Meriltas is your second best option.
Forget about the Skyly one.
I think it's 1/6 from Pinkal Barba Ray, Kefka.
