XBOX is full of hackers, be careful, it's almost impossible to find legit XBOX players, there are only a few.
Much harder than on gamecube, seeing as to how the game for Xbox was hacked less than two days into release.

That's because the Xbox is a PC turned into a console which makes it 50X easier to hack.

Yep. Too many hackers. Too much suspicion. Have you ever offered your legit rares online? It's f**ing hard to get any takers!
I have since found that DB Sabre can be grinded to +44 or something so that's ok, and yes, I have tried to trade my legit rares. I was laughed at by someone who was a good 15 or 20 lvl's below me. Oh the humiliation.
