Well both Soul Banish and Soul Eater drain 1 HP about every 5 seconds while walking/running.
Soul Eater is kinda weak, but good up to Very Hard mode, it has the excellent Berserk special.
Soul Banish can be found in various IDs, Soul Banish has a next to useless special, a Lv 5 Megid that drains 1/7th of your max HP when used.

with my FOmar i just killed it in one with grants,
but im guessing you are a RAcast, so just get a powerful rifle, use heavy attack then run away for a bit then shoot again, continue til dead
no im a HUcast and ive beat him 2/3 times but can i turn of the game now and dont have to start over?
i don't think you would have to start over, but i think someone should comfirm it
