My RAmarl or RAcast, don't watch lvl difference.
RAmarls all the way! They can learn all lv 20 techs. Very handy ^_^
RAcast > RAmarl
Your ramarl right now would be easier to level...even though it wont be easy at all..
In basic fairness, RAcast is a much better class.
i wanna see a LV 200 Racaseal, screw RAcast.....RAmarl>GOD.....but in online/multi.....Racast>RA/HU/FO......they are one of the best classes.....HUcast too
well if u all about the tech...you should train a FOnewearl....but if ur a power type...go for the hunters. FOnewearls have the highest tp...therefore the best out of the tech...

If you want better magic > RAmarl, if you want highest HP in the game > RAcast.
I would say RAmarl because of the level but RAcast can become so powerful so I guess I would suggest the RAmarl because she is more resourceful and can cast shifta/deband + jellen/zalure which makes things go faster.
I would say your your RAmarl because it is whitil, but RAcasts look so much cooler, if you are offline go for RAmarl and if you are online go with RAcast
RAmarl's the best ranger by far, or did I already tell you that ?
