Kefka possible got it... it is a good shield that looks real good (for women only), earrings like it says.
I think the shield sucks real bad, but dam it looks good

I've got Rico's Earring equipped on my RAcaseal - it is one bloody great shield that has none of this floaty graphics crap, or any dodgy overlap with guns that a lot of shields do. Stats wise, it's far too powerful for a little pair of earrings, unless Rico somehow managed to put tiny refractor field projectors in her jewellery.
