Depends on your level if you miss a lot or not. Rangers are good for Ult. in the sense that they can hit from afar and have good accuracy, yes.
With my Humar i can hardly hit the guys at all. it makes me soo made.

I have 100-something with a lvl. 37 RAmar. And I think that there ATA should SOMETIMES go up by 2, but if it went up 3-5 then you could use some of the strongest rares when your lvl. 15.
