Getting % is all about luck to, sometimes you get none sometimes you get okay % and you'll get great % rarely

It's mostly random as long it's within certain guidelines (no % not divisible by 5, no natural % over a certain value without tekking, et cetera)
NAH i dont beleave ya gynn rei it aint possible luck is just criticals and its your own personal luck that may affect it!
I don't mean the stat LCK I just mean plain simple luck... think better!... When I talk about the stat I say LCK and otherwise luck!
