Monkey King Bar + Blue Black Stone = Black King Bar
The Blue Black Stone can be bought in Gallon's shop with Photondrops online. To acquire the BKB you need to be able to go online.

finding a MKB with Skyly offline is hard, Mericol or Mericus what's its name... can only be found once every Jungle run. 1/394 or something... good hunting.
Best way to get MKB is killing DolDolms with Redria on Ultimate.
If you were online u could do West Tower (only till second room) or Phantasm World #3 (till Room 3-4). There you get many DolDolms you can kill easily.
Offline its kinda hard...
