Out of those three...probably the Heaven Punisher. But here's the scoop: this really isn't an opinion poll, it's fact. Some items can be found with only certain Section IDs, and it's not about what we think. In any event,
Heaven Punisher.
None of those three, the rarest item in game is either Nei's Claw, Redria Card or Yasha.
Why is Redria card rarer than skyly card, pinkal card etc?

They do not all drop from same monster.
Redria and Greennill Card drop from Spaceship Gran Sorcerer at a rate of over 1/40000, and since the best you can get is 8 Sorcerers in Spaceship Beta, you do the count...

Its just that seeing as though they all have the same stats, i thought they all might be of roughly the same rarity.

They do not have all the same stats, but roughly.
And they have the same rarity (11 stars) but the monster which drops them makes them harder or easier to get.
out of those 3 the Heaven Punisher... Lavis Cannon is not a 12 star and is easily pipeable... piping torrs is harder than piping mils.
