Is there any Akira fan's here ?

I can honestly say it is a top notch movie

It is a pretty good classic. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I liked it, I just never understood it @_@

I don't think it was all that hard to understand. Just watch it twice or so.

i agree with ya. It is a bit strange the first time u see it but watch it a second time .. u begin to get it

Most OAV's are like that.

Akira, for me, was visually and theatrically astounding. However after so many years I have only vaguely grasped it, I mean I follow it perfectly but when it comes to the end I still have a lot of questions. I feel this is intended though, as the trend is apparent in many other animes, Evangelion for example. Either Otomo has ingeniously left me pondering, or I'm just thick :nervous:

Maybe..How old are you?

I'm 20 apparently, and here I am talking about "cartoons" on internet forums It's been quite a while since I have actually seen it so maybe after another watch I'll get it. If not I'll just blame my short attention span on too much PSO.

Hohoh. And an 8 year old understand this movie better than you. ^^ You're getting old.
