What is your action anime?
Mine's Cowboy Bebop, I like the overall plot of the story and the characters.
I belive all those are "anime" not cartoons
Its hard to choose between kenshin and dragonballs z but i have to go with dragonballs z

TRIGUN is the third coolest anime in the world!
...Gensomaden Saiyuki O_O ...failing that I guess I'ld say Narutaru (aka Shadow Star... not Naruto) or... Naruto which is always good
Being forced to choose from your list I'ld say... very minimal selection =/ I mean America's had Furi Kuri... where's that? but I guess Trigun since Vash is amusing... and Wolfswood and Milly are teh shmexay xD~~
These were the only action anime shows i could think of at the time
i like cowboy Bebop the most
(Sigh)...such a limited line-up there. I voted Trigun, but here a some shows not on the list that I would highly recommend if you want to see a GOOD action show:
