That's not an action disrupter. Action disrupter just blocks the effects of action cards such as techs.

Good point. How the hell did I get onto that subject? I didnt mean to actually. The one before Break keeps wiping out everything with Gizonde etc. Thats what I wanted with the Action Disruptor.

interesting now the question is does that work?

Any Rampage attack on an AC disruptor will cancel the damage, but not the target selection - i.e. the Rampage part of the attack.
So, Break himself casting Gizonde on you would do 3 damage (his base AP) to whatever you had equipped, providing you had at least 3 items out to trigger the 'Heavy' element of the Rampage.
But - Gizonde shouldn't bother you offline really, it's not a good idea to use more than 2 weapons at once. A 4-4, 5-3 or 6-2 cost equip arrangement is best.
If you're using a FO deck online make sure you add Club of Laconium (or Prophets of Motav if you have them) to counter AC disruptors via Ability Trap, or you're screwed.

Another card combo is Sange + yasha card plus Hp attack. the wep gains AP instead of HP. Example w/ stifler
3 base ap + 10 hp =13 damage,
13/3=4.5 ap gained
and if you use rampage with this combo,
13 x # of targets=damage
4.5 x # of targets=ap gain.
this becomes really nasty, also, this can be done with hangun:milla (the female only one). this is if they don't block, so add a lock on 2 (or 3) to improve chances of getting the full damage. And after this is done the AP of S+Y can skyrocket to the max hp 10. so then it can have 10 ap and do 13 normally.
