The hucast walking is just the normal stepping noise.

It doesn't make them scary at all. It makes them stupid and clunky and not to be taken seriously as all of the others actually make NORMAL footsteps.
I suppose it adds a tiny sense of realism, it would be unusual for them to have a quiet step... wait let me rephrase that, a normal step
