You can get a Chaos Striker in TTF while having a BoPP equipt.
Go to medic room there will be a teleporter(imho only for FOs) The teleporter bring you to Ruins 1 to the room with the waterfall. Go under the waterfall and a chao will appear and he will sit down on your BoPP and you now got a Chao Striker.

Just letting you know, PW#2 is way better than PW#4 for Gibbles hunting, but PW#4, if you can stand it, can be rewarding as a whole.
hmm so how do I "make" chu chu fever exactly?
Do I just have to have spirit garment and the chu chu mag equipped at the same time after I hit lvl 101?

hmmm very interesting. are ther other teles hidden in pioneer 2 when you have a certain wpn equipped?i wonder.......
or do I have to use the chu chu mag cell on spirit garment?
Because i am offline, i had to do normal mountain runs to get my spirit garment, it took bout 10-12 gibbles until i got it, i tend to have really good luck if i am looking for a rare :O
